Jean-Paul (pronounced /ʒɑ̃ pɔl/ or "zhon-paul") is a Brooklyn transplant. He quickly fell in love with the Philadelphia area and knew this is where he wanted to make his home and business while helping others in the area achieve their real estate dreams.
Relationships and personalized service are of the utmost importance to Jean-Paul, so when you call Fishtown Real Estate, you have direct access to him—not an answering service. He prides himself in knowing his clients' wants and needs to help them find the ideal location and property. Leasing Coordinator & Licensed Agent
Nilson is a child of immigrant parents from the Dominican Republic. He has been living in the city of Philadelphia for almost 20 years. Nilson is an alumni of Esperanza Academy Charter High School, where he studied business and management. He has always had a life-long desire to work with people, help them realize their desires, and guide them in achieving major milestones in their lives.
Since graduation, Nilson has amassed a vast background in customer service and sales. After completing the Real Estate Program at Temple University, he became a licensed real estate agent. His charisma and discipline made him the perfect fit for Fishtown Real Estate. In his spare time, Nilson’s interests include volunteering for different animal shelters and youth organizations throughout the year.
Administrative Assistant
Brooke Souvigney is the Administrative Assistant at Fishtown Real Estate. She is a Fishtown native and an expert on the neighborhood. Brooke graduated from Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls in 2007. She then enrolled in the Community College of Philadelphia, taking courses in education for children grades 1-4.
She enjoys volunteering, walking dogs that are up for adoption, and every year, she does The Run for 3.21 with the National Down Syndrome Society. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her daughter, Ahviana.
